Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate cravings?

Why not try this yummy treat from our Nutritionist Lucie next time you need a chocolate pick me up.

1 1/2 large Avocado flesh
200ml Coconut cream
1/2 ripe banana
2 Tablespoons of raw cacao
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and whiz until smooth and creamy. Spoon mixture into small jars and pop into the fridge to set and cool. Top with coconut flakes and blueberries to serve.

Makes 2 so half if needed but they last a few days in the fridge and are great to have on hand when the mood strikes.
